About Rocky Mountain Movement & Massage
Rocky Mountain Movement & Massage offers Estes Park, CO therapeutic massage and bodywork with a focus on athletic recovery, pain management, and relaxation. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, I offer a variety of different modalities including Structural Massage, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Massage, Joint Range of Motion, Pelvic Balancing, and Pre/Postnatal Massage.

Every session will integrate the skills learned form my college education, massage school, continuing education, and study with colleagues to provide the best care possible.
As a Massage Therapist I use Essential OIls, Liniments, CBD Oil, and T-Bars to enhance the quality and effectiveness of my bodywork.
